In partnership with the OHCHR office in Sudan, and the Sudanese Monitor for Human Rights, the Centre delivered a training to enhance the capacity of Sudanese human rights defenders to monitor, document and report on human rights violations and effectively interact with the UN human rights mechanisms. The training also equipped participants with the necessary tools of monitoring and reporting on human rights violations based on the international human rights law and the international humanitarian law. The training was attended by 31 participants (45% female) from Sudan.
