“Simulation Exercise : National Report Review” at Doha Institute for Graduate Studies – November 3, Qatar
Description
The Centre conducted a simulation exercise of a national report review before the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights with master’s students in human rights at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies. The interactive activity translated the students’ academic learning into practical experience and enhanced their understanding of how the human rights committees’ function in reviewing States’ reports.12 students from Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Sudan, and Syria attended the session.
