Career Fair
Career Fair
The Centre focuses on providing young people with as many opportunities as possible to become familiar with human rights. This includes participating in a variety of career fairs organized by different universities. The aim is to give young people broader exposure to the various types of careers in the field of human rights, in addition to the internship opportunities offered by the Centre. Moreover, career fairs provide students with opportunities to interact and network with representatives of different organizations and institutions, helping them explore career paths that align with their interests and qualifications.
In terms of engagement and professional networking, the Centre showcases its key publications at its dedicated booth, which focus on raising awareness among youth and students about the Centre’s mandate and role. In addition, the Centre organizes mock interview sessions for students interested in joining its internship program. These sessions are primarily intended to provide deeper insight into competency-based interviews within the United Nations framework, allowing students to practice the skills required for real interviews and gain insights into the recruitment process more generally.
