Regional Training for NHRIs on -Designing, Managing and Delivering Human Rights Training (DMD)– Morocco, March 4th to 7th (Flaghship Training)
Description
The Centre delivered a regional Training of Trainers Programme to introduce participants to OHCHR’s Human Rights Training Methodology with a focus on Designing, Managing and Delivering Human Rights Training. The programme, which was organized in partnership with the Arab Network for National Human Rights Institutions and the Moroccan National Council for Human Rights, covered topics including training needs assessment, exchanging training experiences, training styles and techniques, training design and organization, effective facilitation, training evaluation and adult learning. The training was attended by 20 participants (30% female) from10 NHRIs from Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, and Tunisia.
