Training of Trainers Programme on -Designing, Managing and Delivering training on Human Rights Indicators, Oman - 8 to 11 September
The Centre, in collaboration with Oman Human Rights Commission, organized the second phase of the Training of Trainers Programme on “Designing, Managing and Delivering Human Rights Training (DMD)”, in Muscat, Oman. The training was based on the OHCHR Manual “From Planning to Impact: A manual on Human Rights Training Methodology” and included training sessions on training needs assessment, exchanging training experiences, training styles and techniques, participatory presentations, training design and organization, presentation practice, training evaluation, adult learning, and other related subjects.
27 participants from Oman Human Rights Commission, as well as relevant ministries and agencies in the Sultanate of Oman, attended the training.
