Description
The Centre participated in a career fair which provided an opportunity for over 200 university students to learn more about the different types of jobs in the human rights field and internship opportunities offered at the Centre. The Centre displayed key publications at the booth and educated students of the overall role and mandate within the region and sub-region. The Center also conducted a mock interview session for students interested in joining the internship program offering a more in-depth perspective on how competency-based interviews are usually carried out within the UN framework. This enabled students to practice the skills needed for real interviews and gain insights on the overall job process.
