The Centre delivered a training session on “Human Rights in the Digital Space and Data Protection in Criminal Justice for Women and Girls” as part of a training program organized by UNODC Regional Centre for Cybercrime. The session addressed human rights challenges in technology-based crimes, stressing data protection, privacy, and victims’ rights, while offering a human rights perspective to ensure cybercrime measures comply with human rights international standards. 11 participants from Egypt and Somalia, attended the training, representing the Ministry of Interior and the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
