The Centre delivered training sessions on “Reporting to the Human Rights Treaty Bodies” for the benefit of 20 officials from the Qatari Ministry of Social Development and Family during a training course organized by the National Human Rights Committee of Qatar. The training aimed to strengthen the participants’ capacities to prepare high-quality treaty-bodies reports in line with the UN treaty bodies guidelines. The Centre’s sessions covered the general guidelines for reporting in the field of human rights, as well as specific reporting principles under key treaties.
