Regional Summer Course on -Introduction to International Human Rights System, Lebanon – 22 to 26 July

The Centre, in partnership with the Arab Master for Democracy and Human Rights at the University of Saint-Joseph (USJ) in Beirut and the Agence Univeristaire de la Francophonie (AUF), organized a summer course
on human rights concepts, principles, mechanisms as well as a range of practical skills for professional development in the field of human rights.
The course was addressed to students from the Arab region, young academics, lawyers, and young professionals interested in working in the human rights field. 22 young people (selected from 220 candidates) from Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestine participated in the course.
